The redesign of Finsbury Gardens continues apace and on Friday an area was turfed.  The problem is it needs watering.  Twice a day until it is established - or it rains.

Two of us watered this morning and will do it again this evening but it is really hard work carrying the water.  Please, please, please could we have some offers of help.  Otherwise the grass will die and the public will not be able to use the Gardens for a much longer time.

This evening we propose to water about 7 oclock.  If help can be offered contact katefranzmann@tiscali.co.uk

Thanks to all those who offered help.  The grass is now well established thanks to morning and evening watering and we can now relax a little and watch it grow.

Great news!
