Thanks for info , however this activity is not well promoted by the indivuals concerned ! i had no idea at all where do they advertise > perhaps  a free magazine for myddleton road ? informing locals of stuff / buisness n  information may help  .

Hi Barbara,

Mat was referring to a recent "Local Mystery" a Twitter account - in the name of Myddleton Road has appeared - and gets very cross with anyone being negative about Myddleton Road.

seems pretty reasonable to me , at least foot traffic will flow  !! money coming into Myddleton

Whoever it is tweeting is an angry beast Barbara and all signs so far point to them not responding well to criticism!

Jokes aside, seeing your response to Richard below, I think your ideas chime with exactly what our tweeting road and so many other people are crying out to see happen in Bowes Park and Myddleton Road should be the thriving, creative heart beat of it all. There's a Myddleton Road Action Group who do so much good on a policy level but what about a more creatively led Myddleton Road Arts Group to sit alongside it?

Hello Barbara, welcome to the site - there is another discussion going on over here about the redevelopment of Myddleton Road.

Later in the year an outdoor gym will be opening in the space opposite the Community Garden.

Morning Richard  first of all , i must apologise for not replying sooner 1 life for a momment got in the way  !!

good community news to learn about the outside gym for the green space hoping it is looked after and respected by the youth of today ?

regarding the redevelopment of Myddleton road , how about landlords  / council reducing buisness rates ?  this will enable buisness to flock and have a head start in the expensive set up costs ect ?

 how i long for the day that myddleton road will become a mini mini Camden !!

with fresh ideas a magnet for creative artists fresh  out of design schools!!!

in the meantime why not think about a Travel lodge ? as the location is so close to Alexandra Park  !!
