A recently launched website called
Fix My Transport is providing a simple way to comment on public transport experiences - good or bad.

If you are frustrated by a ticket machine that remains out of order for weeks - or want to thank a particularly helpful bus driver, log on and complete the simple online form.

The site has an option of commenting on travel down to the level of individual bus stops which are all mapped on its smart interface. The website will report your public transport comments to the correct operator or authority, but unlike a direct complaint to the operator all reports and responses are posted online so that other people can support, respond and give advice.
