Freelance Fridays
Chatting over coffee the other day, Mandy and I agreed it would be nice to meet other local people who are freelance or part-time workers or who work from home. We know how nice it is to speak to real people during the working day when you don't have a standard office set up and colleagues on hand to chat to.
So, we're both going to be in The Step on Friday 13 December between 1-2.30pm for a coffee, perhaps a spot of lunch and some socialising, and see what happens.
We'd love you to join us! Really interested to find out what other people do, what skills they have, what projects they're working on and also just to meet people and make new friends and contacts.

Hi Diana - I'm afraid you did miss it but what we decided was that we would run an official Freelance Friday on the last Friday of the month but in the meantime, some of us may well go to the Step on Fridays anyway.
I suggest checking into the Group each week if you're looking for company - I may well come every week just to get out of the hosue and Mandy might too.
