This weekend is the biggest cycling event London has seen since the Olympics in 2012. It really is going to be a festival of the bike!

SUNDAY 3rd AUGUST

The roads are being closed from Tower Hill to St James Park and looping up towards St Pauls, so you can cycle this route with hundreds of other cyclists in a safe and fun way. There will be lots of other activities along the route. Bike polo, balance bikes for kids, Bling Your Bike, get your tabards signed by professional cyclists and heaps more.

If you want to come and see me, I will be at St Pauls at the Bikeworks All-Ability fun bike stand, where you can try out a range of hand cycles, recumbents, tandems, tricycles bike cars, and two wheelers.

If you want to join a guided ride, there is one leaving Ducketts Common at 9.45am. You can get a return guided ride at 15.00 from Blackfriars. Perfect for families! See below:

SUNDAY 4th AUGUST

There will be a 100 mile bike ride starting from the Olympic Park to Surrey. You can spectate along the route, or come to Olympic Park and enjoy some of the festivities there. Again, I'll be doing All Ability Taster sessions at the Bikeworks stand.
