Christian Walks of silent Witness are planned for the Christian Festival of Good Friday as follows:

Assemble: St Andrews Church Chase Side Southgate at 09:15 (Fr Edward Turner, 020 886 7523) Parish Office:  020 8447 8108+++

followed by the procession along Chase Side, Southgate Circus, High Street, Waterfall Road to

ChristChurch Southgate. Estimated start time of service  at Christ Church 10:15 

Refreshments will be served following the service at Christ Church

+++ Free Parking available for those attending the Asda Superstore but be aware of the restrictions

For the procession Please wear light coloured clothing and/or Hi Visibility clothing and suitable footwear

If you wish to travel by public transport, Bus Routes 299 and 298 operate closeby. Bus Route 299 stops on Cannon Hill at Ye Olde Cherry Tree, Bus Route 298 stops as a hail and ride service against the grass verge as the bus route 298 turns right into Waterfall Road. Advise driver on boarding

Assemble in Car Park of Palmers Green  Station for a 11:30 Start with a procession along Aldermans Hill, left into Green Lanes and silent witness procession to the Methodist Church at Winchmore Hill to join with contingent who will have assembled on the Green at Winchmore Hill
