Interesting? Completely horrifying I would suggest would be more apt. I am just hoping it is mainly inacurate - although I fear it is not - and asked one of our local Councillors to clarify.
Please read this article if you haven't yet seen it. This is what Barnet did some years ago and it is disastrous now and will bring yet more misery and chaos to the lives of those who can withstand changes the least.
