I have recently had a pebble path laid in my garden and can thoroughly recommend Verdant Gardens run by Josh Cain.  He can sort out your fences, build you patios or raised beds and many of the more tiresome and heavy duty  aspects of gardening!  He did a wonderful job, lives locally and has worked for several people round here.
