For Android, it's the top result for "Our Haringey" in the play store by BBITSWhen downloaded, click "Begin" and it will ask for an email and your number. Their privacy statement says they will share this info with the local authorities but is not sold to third parties.

After entering your details it will send you an email with a link to confirm.

Now when you click begin it will take you to a map to pinpoint the problem area, click to bring up a drawing pin and click the arrow in the top right. You can then add a picture and further details.

Anywho, I guess the only way of seeing how useful it is, is to get snapping!
