Haringey Council is working with games organisers, LOCOG, to host an early evening celebration on the day of the of the Olympic Flame relay through Harringey: Wednesday 25 July when the the Flame will be carried from Tottenham to Alexandra Palace by a succession of inspirational torchbearers.

This celebration event will will take place in part of the grounds at Alexandra Palace, and will be a ticketed event featuring local acts. Details of how to get tickets and the programme will be released on the Haringey Council website on May 26th.

Tickets are not required to line the route all the way to Alexandra Palace and residents, traders and visitors are invited to join in and share the excitement of the Olympic Torch Relay.
