Heathrow and City airports told to improve help for disabled travellers

London Heathrow and City airports have been told they need to improve the help offered to disabled passengers in a major report.

Luton airport in Bedfordshire is a

lso among those told it must increase measures already in place to help the disabled, according to the report by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

The CAA said the airports need to “take steps” in order to provide a satisfactory service for people with disabilities or limited mobility.
