Hornsey Town Hall (HTH) is a grade II* listed building. Only 4% of listed buildings have this status, the next grade up is Grade 1, e.g. Buckingham Palace. It is an award-winning piece of architecture, now at risk of being sold to developers. There is a note here as to why Hornsey Town Hall should not be disposed of in this way. Come and visit whilst you still can. Here's what's on this Saturday:
  • Open Saturday 19th September only, from 10-3
  • Crouch End Sings for the Syrians at 11am in the Square with Songworks Choir
  • SOLD OUT - Free guided tours at: 10.30; 11.15; 12.00; 12.45; 13.30; 14.15; 15.00 now all full, but worth turning up in case of no shows.
  • Illustrated talk by HTH expert Steve Amor in the Council Chamber at 12.00;13.30; 15.00 – no booking necessary – open to all
  • In the foyer: stalls - Hornsey Historical Society, HTH Appreciation Society; exhibition on HTH
