In either role you will need to be a friendly self-motivated team player able to work unsupervised in a busy environment. Conversational English is essential and you`ll have to be confident, friendly and reliable to succeed. Food preparation for the breakfast service can mean a 06:00 start which can prove useful depending on life style

Previous Experience,  flexible, always willing to lend a hand, and holding one or more Food Hygiene Certificates would be an advantage.
