King's Cross station chaos (15th August) as train smashes into railway buffers - two injured

Railway staff rushed to the 5:13am service from Royston, which hit the buffers when it arrived at Kings Cross Platform nine.

Staff in high visibility overalls were gathered around the front of the train and a cordon has been put in place.

Network Rail said there was a "slow speed buffer collision" at around 6:20am.

Two people suffered minor injuries.
