myself and my a current housemate have found a nice 3bed garden flat (1st and 2nd floor) and are desperately looking for another nice housemate to join us. I do have a cat, and one of us is a smoker, though a considerate one so please dont see this as a problem.

I am 29yrs old, and Heather is 44.

I'm a bit arty, into photography and work for NHS. Heather is also creative, enjoys the theatre, comedy, works as an outreach worker supporting adults with learning disabilities and recently qualified as Dramatherapist.

We have found a three bedroom maisonette with a garden in the area Bowes Park and Bounds Green. It needs a little loving care and there is plenty of scope to be creative and add your bit. The room available is the front attic room. The room is quite large (definately a double) will have a wardrobe and double bed, there maybe scope for more furniture if need be. (the photos show two single beds but these will not be staying).

We are seeking a housemate who is looking for a flat that's home. We all lead busy lives and we like to be sociable with each other and at the same time we enjoy our own space.

So we are looking for a healthy balance of a warm respectful home that's loved & cared for, where we share chats over coffee/ wine and also have our own space to chill.

The third person would need to join us on the new contract starting beginning of November. The rent is £1450 which would work out split between three at about £483. 33 each PCM. This of course is excluding bills and we would need to share this between us.

We are negotiating with a friendly letting agency and landlady. This is whats required of you to join us in the contract. We have put down a 2 week holding deposit
