Course Description
This is a general keep fit class with focus on belly dance technique and exercise elements from of all dance forms. No experience required and all abilities are welcome.

This course syllabus covers a sweaty blend of body conditioning, drills and fun dance combinations, the ultimate way to perfect your technique, strengthen your core, improve posture and keep fit, whilst learning to dance.

You will be led on a challenging but fun modern Belly Dance journey drilling technique from snake arms, undulations, muscular locks, chest, hip, abdominal isolations, glute led contractions to exterior circles and turns. Each class is structured to ensure class members develop throughout the duration of the course. This is a general level class and all abilities and levels are welcome.

This course runs twice weekly, both in Central London and Southgate, North London. See below for both course details:
