Hi all! I'm not yet a Bowes Park resident but hopefully will be soon! We're in the process of buying a flat in Manor Road, moving from Tufnell Park. There's one thing that's niggling me, it's a leasehold property and the management company are called Pier Management. I've done a bit of reserach (well, Googling!) and they don't seem to have much good press. Just wondering if anyone else from Manor Road or surrounding areas have them as their freeholders too, and if there have been any problems. Thanks very much in advance!
