A Community Network for Bowes Park and Bounds Green
Hi all,
Like many people we live in a small flat with not much space for storing my bike. I have seen lots of these bikehangers around London and thought it would be great if we could get one in Bowes Park.
They are in high demand so the more people request them the quicker we can get one. There is a really easy form to fill in on the cyclehoop website which takes less than a minute to fill in.
The Haringey website also suggests sending an email to cycle.parking@haringey.gov.uk and copy in haringey@lcc.org.uk and the local councillors:
joanna.christophides@haringey.gov.uk
It would be great if as many people could support this, even if you are not a cyclist.
Thanks,
Mat

Glad to hear you're finding our website useful! To be aware, we are copied in to A LOT of requests for bikehangers, while Haringey Council only get funding for about 30 per year. You can maximise your chances by getting the support of your neighbours to demonstrate demand, to reassure those deciding where these things will go that the bikehanger to fill up as soon as it's installed.
Good luck!

Hi Lindsay.
i have emailed the email addresses you've mentioned and hope to get our very own Bike Hanger on Myddleton Road soon.
Thanks.
