Hi - I have a garden pond and have been seriously let down by the person who put it in recently.  Its a fake stream, with a pump feeding three 'pools' that run down from the top of the garden.  However, it is losing water rapidly and I can't find a leak.  I can't keep it running because of that. It is full of wildlife.

The original person did a good job initially, however when I ran into problems 4 times said he would come and then didn't.  It seemed deliberate, I even talked to him one day and he said he was coming.  I don't understand why someone would do that.  Now I am urgently looking for someone to come and have a look.

Any suggestions welcome.
