Hello,

We are a couple with a toddler looking for a ground floor flat preferably with garden in N22 or N11. Preferably within walking distance of Bounds Green or Wood Green tube station.

We'd really like to avoid another round of Agency fees so if anyone knows anything please let us know! 

We need to move by mid-October.
