I seem to recall that Cowshed Recording Studios were advertising a desk not so long ago, so might be worth dropping them a line. 

Freestak at 119 Myddleton Road may also be interested in offering a spare desk if they have one. 

Also, there is an office space for rent at 111 Myddleton Road behind Anita's, so you could go and ask them.

On the same subject, does anyone know of office space around Myddleton Road that will be available from February 16. Need about 5-8 desks?

We are moving out of The Chocolate Factory due to a 50% + rent increase. A bit expensive for us now.

I know that Stathi at Property Zone on Myddleton Road has helped a couple of businesses find space on the street, so you could pop in and ask there. 

You could also ask Chris, the manager of Hobarts, as there is a big unused space behind the new Hobarts MR branch. They open on December 10th.
