A murder investigation has been launched following the death of a 35-year-old man in Shrewsbury Road, Bounds Green, N11.

Police officers and London Ambulance Service attended scene at around 2:00 am today Monday 31st August. The male victim aged 35 was pronounced dead whilst on route to hospital. A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and has been taken to a north London police station for questioning. The deceased and the man arrested were known to each other.

The Met Police Homicide and Major Crime Command are now leading this investigation under Detective Chief Inspector Jamie Piscopo.
