A Community Network for Bowes Park and Bounds Green

Hello Tracy ... and Welcome!
The NHS "Choices" website lists all registered GPs. Following this link should show the 15 surgeries within one mile of Bowes Park.
The website allows a public rating system - along the lines of an e-bay or Amazon review - and looking at the few comments it seems people have mostly posted negative (or weird!) comments about specific incidents, so I'm not sure how useful it is in helping you make a choice.
Personally I have been very satisfied with the services of the Bounds Green Group practice in Gordon Road near Bounds Green Tube. You don't always get an appointment with "your" nominated GP but as a group practice there is usually an appointment fairly quickly. On the rare occasion we have needed the services of a doctor they have been very good - particularly when our two daughters were younger.
Good Luck
Hi, & welcome to the nighbourhood!
I've just had a quick skim through the postings below & just want to add a vote for the the Gordon Rd posse. Like Richard, I'm not fussy about who I see but I've never had any problem with any doctor there, I'm very happy with this Group.
I think Richard and dawnage are right about the negative comments; I work for the NHS and know how quick people are to voice complaints (and rightly so) but don't bother to comment when something works well, as that's really what should be expected. It's actually quite nice to see so many people responding positively.
All the best
k
