No.97 Demolition

Just wondered if anyone new the date for the bungalow at Number 97 Myddleton Road to be demolished? I know the owner was given a four months deadline to knock it down but I can't find the correspondence anywhere that said when that would be? Just don't want it to slip through the net.

Hi Matt

There's an item on the Planning Inpectorate report on B&B here which shows the Decision date as 14 July 2014 - so by my reckoning that's November 14th as a deadline. However given that the decision notice states "The requirements of the notice are: Demolish the unauthorised outbuilding and remove all associated debris from within the curtilage." You might expect a few days of wheelbarrowing rubble along the alleyway before the 14th to ensure compliance.

Ah....I had my months out there Richard, thought it was May the decision was taken and was sharpening my knives for an early October demolition. Would be good to give whoever is relevant a reminderful nudge nearer the time to make sure the verdict and instructions are complied with.
