The Metropolitan police have launched a Christmas appeal to bring Christmas gifts to disadvantaged children across London.

To participate simply buy a gift for a disadvantaged child either via the online webpage , or by taking a gift to a police station with a tag marked up for a boy or a girl and the age the gift relates to. (e.g. Boy:4 Yrs or Girl:6 Yrs).

For more information please email ChristmasTreeProject@met.police.uk. You can also use the hashtag #metxmastree.
