Pancakes!
Shrove Tuesday is almost upon us... otherwise known as Pancake Day! It's got me feeling hungry and even more so because Amy's been thinking up lots of recipes for a Pancake-fest at The Step.
We're thinking that classic lemon and sugar might be best but we thought we'd throw it out there - what flavour pancakes do you like?
I have to admit that being a religious thickie, I had to look up what Shrove Tuesday is all about but it would be great to hear what it means to you?
Are you going to have a pancake flipping competition at your house like these fine ladies?

Ooo nice! Might have to try that one next year - we're being all healthy (ish) and doing spinach & ricotta + lemon & sugar for a sweeter tooth! Yum.
