For people who may be interested, there was a planning application submitted recently for 6/8 Brownlow Road: Ref: HGY/2013/2511

It is for 8  flats over 4 storeys, plus a partial basement. It looks OK and says that it is a repeat of a successful application from a few years ago.

There were no more applications for Myddleton Road this week.
