Planning application for a coffee kiosk on Bowes Park Station Footbridge

We received a letter from Haringey Planning Department today regarding an application to build a coffee kiosk on Bowes Park Station Footbridge (Ireland Place side).  The application has been lodged by the nursery on Ireland Place and it is the intention that the kiosk be open weekdays from 6am-10am.  Living on Ireland Place, we already have running battles with guys who think it's legitimate to urinate outside our front door and we are constantly picking up pizza boxes from customers of the pizza shop on Middleton Road.  We are now to be woken at 6am every morning from people buying coffee from this kiosk which will be directly opposite our bedroom.  We will, of course, be objecting forcefully to this proposal and would appreciate any support from others in the local community.

The application reference is: HGY/2013/1443
