Planning application for land to the rear of 24 Maidstone Road (fronting Oak Lane)

A planning application has been made to Haringey to develop four houses fronting Oak Lane, on 'back' land to the rear of 24 Maidstone Road.  This latest application is preferable to the previous high-density block of flats that was proposed and which received a fair few objections.  At a glance the main issues seem to be that it offers no parking spaces, the outside space is very small and the requirement for bins will detract from the appearance of the front of the properties (not sure this is featured on any of the drawings!).  Predictably the developer is seeking to maximise his return and I guess my opinion is that it would be preferable if the development were lower density (say 2 or 3 units), with more consideration for space for gardens, refuse and parking (not to mention the interiors of the properties themselves).  The application can be viewed and commented on here:

Thanks for raising this. I am totally opposed to this application.and have expressed my concerns/disatisfaction previously. The proposed development would amount to'' Town cramming'' it is obvious the developer wants to maximise his return.  I do not object to utilising the land by way of a bungalow as per previous application.
