A police Witness Appeal has been issued following the tragic incident last week in Maryland Rd N22.

Isaiah Ekpaloba, 18, from Hackney, was stabbed last Friday after an alleged dispute with another teenager. A fight reportedly broke out and both suffered stab wounds.

Mr Ekpaloba made his own way to hospital but died shortly after. Jaydee Dorsett, 19, of Wood Green, was charged with Mr Ekpaloba’s murder when he appeared at Barkingside magistrates’ court on Monday.

Flowers and messages of support have been placed at the scene in Maryland Road off Wood Green High Road.
