A feature in tonight's Evening Standard Homes and Property section shines the spotlight on Bowes Park, Bounds Green and Wood Green.

Overall its a fair and favourable article which suggests that properties in Wood Green and Bounds Green ... are undervalued and once the works on the North Circular are complete, the area’s property market should receive a boost.

There are some good local images and the Bowes Park Community Association get a mention too - the area is identified as having "a strong community spirit."

Good also to see The Step get a mention in advance of its opening next week.

I wonder if the Londonist blog's discussion about re-branding areas of London which we linked to recently has prompted an Evening Standard Journalist to travel up our end of the Piccadily Line?
