The BBC is reporting that the consumer organisation Which? has submitted what is known as a Super-complaint on Train delay refunds, CLICK HERE

For the second consecutive weekend Great Northern trains were distinctly absent from the Hertford Loop as driver/operators took leave of absence to go Christmas Shopping and otherwise be with their families

Early morning travellers will have found that :

• because of a passenger under a train at Turnpike Lane Station (reported at 05:26) Piccadilly Line trains were suspended between Arnos Grove and Kings Cross

whilst the local radio stations were reporting:

• Piccadilly Line trains operating with severe disruption and suspended between Hammersmith and Heathrow because of a signal failure at Acton Town

The service appeared to have been belatedly given an even interval service across Central London stations between Arnos Grove and Acton Town
