Monika runs a couple of Zumba classes locally - Bounds Green School and Scout Park

Also Kendra does Zumba classes at Bounds Green Bowls and Tennis Club and Bounds Green School

There is also another Zumba class on a Friday morning at Bounds Green Tennis Club 9.20 - 10.20 which is very small at the moment but very enjoyable.

Yes - they are all drop in. £5/£6 depending on the class but Kendra does offer a loyalty card. I have tried them all and they are all enjoyable and great exercise! It's a good idea to try them and find the one that suits you.

A couple of classes have had breaks for August but should all be back in full swing in sep.

Hello

There is also a weekly, friendly,very mixed ability yoga class at Bounds Green Bowls and Tennis Club which is due to start again on Wed 19th Sept at 7pm run by Irena. It's £50 for 6 one and a half hour sessions but you can also drop in.

Hi Lindsey - At Scout Park there's a Zumba class - not sure which day.  I can have a look tomorrow - it's in Gordon Road.  there's a big banner outside the Scout Park advertising it.
