Hi Nicole

The Bowes Park Community Association has a couple of suggestions

 

We have someone who comes around Melbourne Ave ... but I can't find his contact info at the moment  ... I'll add it here as soon as I locate it

We have no way to get to the back garden from the street except through the house  - so we only get our front windows done!

Hi Nicole

The people we bought our house from used to have their windows cleaned by a guy called Phil for £6 every 4 weeks! Not sure how many windows that's for but he seems like a nice guy and very reasonably priced.

 

His number is: 07906 266 439.

ps. It's about time we got ours cleaned too... they're a disgrace!

Thanks Nell - I have just called him and it turns out that he used to clean for the previous owner of our house too! He charges £6 for the front windows plus £10 if you want the back ones doing.

Hi Nicole, did you find someone? I called Phil as recommended on this link site, who said he would pop round to give me a quote, but never heard anything back even after reminder text.

Upstairs and downstairs windows need cleaning and would really like to find a reliable cleaner to do them ;)) any suggestions welcome

I would recommend 2 things:-

1, a Karcher window vacuum cleaner for shower and internal glass cleaning - this was down from £60 to £40 ast Sainsburys last week. Best thing I ever bought !

2. an extendable brush that connects to a hose and allows cleaning outside windows - under £10/ from Maplins

Then I would DIY the windows - at least some 1-to-1 cleaning with your windows :-)
