For anyone who is interested in the Ritz Parade development proposals by NHHT and wasn't able to make the consultation at Trinity at Bowes church on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th November, please see attached documents: (i) a summary of the NHHT proposals (ii) a feedback form with email address for submission.

It's a major development with some space allocated for a supermarket and community amenity space.  Apparently the NHS does not require the site for a doctor's surgery.  The consultation and feedback form asks for views on what the non-residential space could be used for.

There are 86 new homes proposed with 37 car parking spaces.  What does this mean for the local area?

The link below is to an earlier thread on this site where the issues have been discussed.
