Sainsbury's Local coming to Southgate:@7 Chase Side N14 5BP:- Local Parking Suspended

If you use the McDonald's Restaurant or Tesco's Local in Chase Side N14, be aware that it is planned for the local on_street parking and parking bays to be suspended to allow Messrs Bethmar Ltd to park their lorries and skips whilst workman strip out and undertake works on the site of the Maze Inn Public House, 7 Chase Side N14 5BP

Do you wish to cross the road from (say) McDonald's Restaurant to Barclays' Bank? (or vice versa) Then look around you; a temporary pedestrian crossing has been set up to interrupt the phasing of the temporary signals - but you DO NEED to press the NEW push button. 

Passengers on bus routes through Southgate Circus such as bus route 298 from Arnos Grove, 299 from Muswell Hill, and 121 are unfortunately subject to delay 

The original expectation was for Messrs Sainsburys supermarket to occupy the site following redvelopment. This expectation has apparently fallen through  The retail element (planning Class A1/A3) is currently being re- advertised by Messrs Christo
