The current works that utilise temporary traffic signals on Chase Side, Southgate are for the Thames Water supply to the converted premises above Barclays Bank

Passengers on bus routes through Southgate Circus such as bus route 298 from Arnos Grove, 299 from Muswell Hill, and 121 are unfortunately subject to delay

The original expectation was for Messrs Sainsburys supermarket to occupy the site following redvelopment. This expectation has apparently fallen through  The retail element (planning Class A1/A3) is currently being re- advertised by Messrs Christo
