Selling your flat or know someone who is ?
I have sold my place and am looking to buy a 2 Bed conversion with a garden in Bounds Green. I am finding they are as rare as hens teeth. This may,of course,be because Bounds Green is such a great place to live nobody wants to move! Nevertheless,if you are taking the plunge, I would love you to give me a shout. I am chain free and ready to go, don't mind a bit of renovation,would like a place not too far from the tube station on a quiet road with good neighbours.
Any info will be gratefully received.

Hiya
We have just instructed Wilkinson Byrne to put ours on the market, the open day is planned for the 18th May. Two bedroom first floor split level apartment with two bathrooms and a roof terrace. Overlooking the new river and on a cul de sac so very quiet road with great neighbours.
