Just to say I'll be doing the SHINE walk next Saturday - 26.2 miles through London at night to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Some of you may have known the lovely Lou Shepherd who was involved in many local groups and events. Lou inspired me to do the walk and it's in her memory that I'm raising the money (the photo below is of us starting the Coast to Coast walk.)
