Dear Neighbours,

Has anyone heard or had contact with a company called Sunny Britain?  I saw an article on them in the Sunday Times recently and got in touch.  The background is that with the price of energy getting scarier each year, I've hankered after being able to sell electricity back to the National Grid for ages, but the outlay has always been prohibitive.  This company says it does a deal whereby if enough people in one area sign up, then they get a discount.  I've joined the "London" group and they've been round & done a survey & I have a quote that looks do-able (even if I have to be a card tart to rustle up the initial £4,095 investment).  They reckon the panels would generate electricity to the value of £547 per annum - it's complicated, in that this calulation includes what I'd save on my own usage as well as what I'd be paid.  I'll phone them next week to investigate in more detail.

I just wondered if anyone else has had experience of them, knows anything about them?

Appreciate your comments, thoughts etc.  And of course I take full responsibility for making my own decision in the end!

Thanks

kathie
