Last Friday a group of north London's finest dressed style leaders attended the Talkies Bowes and Bounds screening of "Iris"  -a documentary about the quick-witted, flamboyantly dressed 93-year-old style maven who has had an outsized presence on the New York fashion scene -  thanks to all those audience members who came along and got into the swing of things by dressing-up as Iris!

The next screening by Talkies Community Cinema at the Bounds Green Bowls and Tennis Club is "The Long Good Friday" on Friday November 13th and, alongside the film will include a Question and Answer session with original screenwriter Barrie Keeffe interviewed by Film Critic Trevor Johnston.  Tickets are available now: book online
