Hello All,

I am a local resident based in Noel Park who started my business with the help of my wonderful neighbor and Noel Park Market. The business is called FLIPPIN COW and we primary selling Angus beef burgers. I travel to Scotland to buy my Angus grass-fed beef which I butcher and mince myself, I also bake my own burger buns using baked potato, cream and honey. We are not just another burger business, but a business with an enterprise ethos.

I work with local youths of Haringey who have no skills or qualifications and are looking for a start in the professional world of restaurants. I travel weekly to Scotland to work as a volunteer along with my students on my Farmers farm to learn more about how to care for the Angus cattle I use. I then bring the chosen cuts of meat to London and teach my students the skill of butchery.

They are then taught how to bake burger buns using baked potato, cream and honey.

I cover all cost for the students and have provided them with qualifications and skills to the enter the world of professional kitchens. Giving them a local opportunity to succeed in life.

I have created a pop-up restaurant for six weeks, every Friday and Saturday 6-10pm at the KARAMEL RESTAURANT, 4 Coburg Road, Wood Green, London N22 6UJ to allow the students to have a feel working in a professional restaurants.

For all the students, its the first time they will face members of the public, talking about the menu and serving them meals.
