Many will know that the Haringey Development Vehicle has been halted, and the political dynamic is indeed changing - at last. But the HDV is still only halted, not stopped, and while in the High Court Mr. Justice Ouseley turned down our claim against Haringey and Lendlease as he said we were ''out of time'' and should have challenged it earlier, this will be strongly disputed in the Appeal Court now, and he has indeed the left the door open as he, the judge, agreed with much of our argument in substance.

The renewed crowdfunder — to get to the target of £27k for Appeal - needs some punters again.
Any help promoting useful. And meanwhile many thanks to all who have helped us get this far.

This could still end up reducing the powers of Cabinets to take exclusive decisions, among other things, so it does matter more widely - for local democracy, for stopping assets transfers, for a fair provision of social housing in the future.

All best wishes,

Gordon
