TUBE DRIVERS TO STRIKE ON CENTRAL LINE (EASTERN)

If the walkout goes ahead, there will be no Central line service east of Leytonstone and a reduced service running on the rest of the Central line all day on Thursday.
The Waterloo & City line will not run at all.
A special bus shuttle service has been scheduled to operate between Epping and Chingford.
Tube drivers to strike on Central Line East over cuts-led forced displacement of staff.
Following a ballot result strongly in favour of taking strike action and action short of a strike against the forced displacement of Central Line Train Operators, and the failure of ACAS talks to resolve the dispute, RMT’s National Executive Committee has confirmed today that all affected members at Hainault, Leytonstone and Loughton Traincrew Depots NOT TO BOOK ON for any shifts that commence between:-
• 21:00 hours on Wednesday 25th January 2017 and 20:59 hours on Thursday 26th January 2017.
