The car park operators at North Middlesex University Hospital have covered up the payment machines that could not operate with the latest twelve sided £1 coins.

New payment machines marked "Just Park"  have been installed alongside the older machines.

TAKE NOTICE that during the week commencing 5th November visitors should expect to see the installation of THREE new CCTV cameras. A trial is then expected to take place for the payment system to operate using a Automatic Number Plate Reader , a credit card Contactless Payment option and payment on exit.

The process is intended that the visitor (either patient visiting or outpatients) will not have to their expected length of stay and pre-pay. This will reduce the risk of receiving a penalty ticket for overstaying.

Those vehicle users with special ticket options will eventually have their Vehicle Reg Index numbers automatically recognised by the payment system
