Hi 

Can anyone recommend a carpenter? I need some basic carpentry done. I don't need a joiner-standard but I really do want someone who does a neat, professional job. No slopping hanging of doors and badly fitted hinges! I have doors to hang, new floorboards to lay, skirting board to fit, plus some boxing in of pipes and boxing in of an understairs cupboard.

Also, I need to get the front of my house decorated. My builder was going to do it but he has gone AWOL and I'm too annoyed with him to chase it up. It does involve work at some height, eg fascia board at the top of my two-storey cottage, plus some fixing of a sill and painting frames.
