DO NOT ATTEMPT to follow the instructions as it trigger your e-mail account to be used for multiple outgoing mail messages. DO NOT follow any request to re enter the account password

Check the outbox of your e-mail account to check if messages are already being sent AND

CHANGE the account password IMMEDIATELY
