Weekend Fore Street Tunnel Closures Ahead:
Transport for London contractors will be continuing maintenance works to the Fore Street Tunnel in Enfield, between January 9 and 12, January 30 to February 2, and February 13 to 16 reports the Enfield Independent
The work cannot be undertaken while traffic is using the tunnel due to the length of time it takes for the concrete to set.
During the weekend closures, which will run from 22:00 on Friday until 05.30 on Monday morning, drivers are being advised by TfL to use the M25 instead of the A406 to complete their journey

Interpreting this information means that between 11:00 and 19:00 Buses on Route 102 from Brent Cross/Muswell Hill will be curtailed at Edmonton (Cambridge) to link with the "free" shuttle bus Enfield Advertiser Story; |

The following message has been published by Transport for London On 12th February
London Buses North Circular - From 22:00 on Friday 13th until 05:30 on Monday 16 February, the A406 North Circular Road will be closed in both directions at the Fore Street Tunnel due to refurbishment work. Buses may be diverted or stop short of their normal destination with delays expected.
Connecting the communities of Bowes Park and Bounds Green in north London.
