Tunnel Gardens, Park Grove, parts of Durnsford Road and Tredegar Road in Haringey N11 are all at risk of eventual transfer and demolition under the Haringey Development Vehicle proposals. Council reports accept that these residents do not support demolition, but Haringey Council wants them redeveloped anyway.

These are not redevelopment areas under the current Local Plan but they were still earmarked for demolition in the Business Case made for the HDV. Our communities need investment not demolition - Come to the public meeting to help stop this corporate vandalism!
