Afternoon fellow bounders

on my way down to the station this morning i walked passed the memorial and all the wreaths were strewn across the pavement, infact, they seem to have just been left to grow tired and broken, i picked them up and put them back in their place

i was actually annoyed by this, fair enough it was windy but as this memorial sits opposite the council offices, hows about sending someone to either remove the wreaths (no one seems to look after them) or fasten them to something, dont just leave them to rot!
