Trish, it's always freezing at Stonehenge! But atmospheric - though it's a pity we can't walk amongst the stones as I did when I first visited as a child.

Either's OK with me. Yeah, I've been getting complaints from The Management about the house heating, too. Meaningful stares at the fireplace, wistful glances at the radiators...

Would anyone like to meet up on the first or third Thursday in September, at 7.30pm? If the weather looks iffy, as seems likely on present experience, we'll do it at Mum's Bistro as usual. (I actually had to turn the heating on for awhile yesterday - not for me, you understand, but Jess looked cold...)

Would people be up for a get together during the first or second week of September? Either at Mum's Bistro again, or Kathie has volunteered to host at hers? If so, which days are best - Thursday's good for me, but Wednesday is also possible.

Derek, you would have been the only man, but that would have been fine - cat people have no restrictions! Unfortunately I'm also away over the Bank Holiday.
